Fermentation: 7 to 10 days at 26C in stainless steel tanks.
Maceration: Once the vats are full, the grapes undergo a cold maceration before the alcoholic fermentation takes places.

Color: Bright red, with ruby tints.
Bouquet: An elegant fruit-forward wine. Spices, cherries, herbs and raspberries.
Palate: Velvety and elegant with well-balanced tannins.
