Winemaking Viticulture This vineyard is the special responsibility of Dominique Robin who believes that traditional methods should be married to modern technology, to produce the best quality possible from each parcel of vines.

Vinification In stainless steel vats for between 20 and 30 days according to the vintage, to produce fruity, aromatic wines.

Aging The wine is aged in French oak barrels between 8 and 12 months. Bottled at the Chateau.

Tasting Notes
Color Deep garnet-red. Nose: Delicate nose of ripe red fruits and a touch of floral character.

Taste Very well balanced wine, rounded and well structured with freshness and purity of fruit, and no excess of tannins.

Cellaring Great ageing potential from 5 to 8 years.
