A family-owned estate for several generations, was taken over in 1989 by Madame and Monsieur MESTREGUILHEM who decided to vinify their wine themselves.
Also owners of Château Pipeau, Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, in Saint-Laurent-des-Combes, with experience and know-how acquired over several years, they are able to put this to excellent use in the care taken of both vines and viniﬁcation necessary to produce a very high quality BORDEAUX red wine.
In 2000, a new winery was built in the heart of the estate, both to serve quality and protect the environment.
Today, this vineyard covers 25 hectares of red vines, largely Merlot, giving a delightfully fruity and silky wine, which can be drunk with pleasure even when still a young wine.
