Vineyard area: 15 hectares.
Soil: Sandy and gravely on a clayey and limestone subsoil.
Winemaking: In thermo regulated stainless steel vats. The maceration time takes about 3 to 6 weeks. Pumping over is done very frequently.
Ageing: In stainless steel vats and oak barrels 30 % of which are new. The bottling is done about 2 years after the harvesting.
Production: About 50 000 bottles per year.
Tasting Notes: Very well-balanced and powerful wine with elegance, body and fruit.
