GRAPE VARIETIES: 75% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc.

AREA: 19 hectares.

SOIL: alluvia and sand, large limestone pebbles.

CULTIVATION: Supervised pest control, double leaf thinning, crop thinning if necessary.

VINIFICATION: by parcel; prefermentary maceration at low temperatures to extract soft tannins; lees stirring.

MATURATION: 12 months in oak barrels and vats.
