WINEMAKING TECHNIQUES The fruit is harvested by machine at optimal ripeness and screened on a sorting table. The wine is made in coated concrete tanks with temperature regulation. The techniques used, the vatting period, rack and return and pumping over are adapted to the vintage and the characteristics of the fruit.
AGEING 30% in one-year-old barrels.
TASTING NOTES More-ish, fruity bouquet. Silky, chewy tannins. Attractive fresh, aromatic finish.
