Winemaking The objective is to provide a bit tannic and fruity wine. We do a traditional winemaking with stalking for Grenache and Carignan. The maceration lasts 5 to 7 days at 26 ° - 28 ° C to extract and stabilize a rich material. The Merlot and Cinsault grow all the fruit through a cold maceration and low temperature fermentation.

Tasting notes The color is a beautiful cherry red. The nose is marked by red fruits (raspberry) very fresh. The palate is surprisingly soft and long with a deliberately discreet tannins.
