Tasting Notes
Perfect with the traditional dishes from the Emilia area since its special acidity enhances any fatty and richly flavoured food. Served slightly chilled (12°C-14°C), it can accompany fish or be taken as an appetizer.

This Lambrusco is a Sorbara in purity, obtained from the vinification of grapes grown in Sorbara, in the historical and renowned “zona del Cristo” area. The processing of the grapes follows the traditional methods of vinification: maceration on the skins for 2 days, alcoholic fermentation, refermentation in heat-controlled tanks, resulting in a Lambrusco with the distinctive characteristics of a Sorbara.
