DESCRIPTION
Pinot Noir put Mountain View on the map in 1986 when we introduced our first vintage to rave reviews. This Central Coast pinot shows ripe berry fruit, bright cherry and plum flavors and an alluring varietal accent in the nose. There is a hint of oak in the finish, which complements the crisp acid balance and moderate Tannin. The wine was aged 8 months in 60-gallon American Oak barrels. This wine shows beautifully now and will continue to develop over the next 3-5 years.

TASTING NOTES
Ripe berry fruit, bright cherry and plum flavors. Crisp acid balance and moderate tannins.
