Château Bastor- Lamontagne: alcoholic degree 14%, 5 to 5.5 % of unfermented sugar, total acidity: 4.6 g/l


Harvest: Entirely picked by hand and requiring 4 to 6 pickings of each plot. Generally carried out from the 20th September to the first days of November.

Vinification: The wines of Château Bastor-Lamontagne ferment in barrel for 3 to 4 weeks at a controlled temperature of around 22/24°C.

Ageing: From 13 to18 months in barrels, depending on the vintage.
