CULTURE  friendly growing, grass vines budding & Thinning

VINIFICATION Maceration dandruff and cold fermentation in small temperature-controlled vats. Fermentation 3 to 4 weeks and then aged in barrels (50% new) for 12 months.

TASTING  Beautiful ruby color, seductive and complex bouquet with notes of toast and black ripe fruit. The attack is frank and wide, supported by silky tannins. Is eaten with pleasure with red meat, game birds, poultry, cheese, Finés little strong.
