REGION and TERROIR
This quality sparkling wine produced according to the traditional method is
Majority from a selection of 'juice' from the vineyards of the Loire Valley.

CEPAGE
This cuvée is a blend of red grapes from the Loire Valley and South of France: Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Carignan.

ELABORATION
