TERROIR AND VINEYARDS
Vineyards Planted in 1976, 1986, 1997 e 2000. Facing southwest and southeast. Altitude 320 meters above sea level Soil Dates back to the Pliocene Age, marine origin, rich in fossils, shells and oysters. Pruning Spurred cord, with 12-16 buds per vine. 

VINIFICATION AND REFINING
Harvest Hand picked in small cases from Aug 14th to Aug 24th 2012, depending on the grape variety. Production 4,500 kg of grapes per hectare. Vinification The grapes are first cooled and then pressed very softly. The grapes yield in must is 65%. Fermentation In stainless steel vats at 14°-16°C (57°-61°F) for 15-20 days. Refining Twelve months in bottle before release.
