YIELD PER HECTARE 85 quintals of grapes.
AVERAGE PLANTING DENSITY 5000 rootstocks per hectare.
VINIFICATION soft pressing, purification of the must and fermentation without marc at controlled temperature of 18°-20° C for 15-20 days.
REFINEMENT aged in bottle for two months.
ALCOHOL 12.50% vol.
FOOD PAIRINGS Seasoned salami with polenta, raw ham risotto with lagoon fish, oven roasted sea-bass, fried meatball.

It is one of main wines of the Collio: straw yellow with a slight ashgrey hue. Elegant and complex bouquet. Very fine notes of fresh, maybe exotic fruits, and acacia flowers can be distinguished together with a hint of bread crust. In the mouth it offers a solid, determined yet delicate backbone.
